no but i can tell you a story about me. i did not take that picture, nor did i know the statue existed before i found it! i like statues and i like statues of frederick douglass. he is a really statue-ish person. he looks like a lion. that’s why he is called “the lion of anacostia” by some. another funny thing about that picture is that in the comments on the flickr page one person said “is that lenin” and another person said “he really looks like marx.” wtf morons?
