they used to have a branch on Oxford St but that closed over a year ago
When MVC went under earlier this year Music Zone took over the Chiswick branch, they didn’t last long then. Fopp being over the road probably didn’t help.
Now I’m too far away from Chiswick to benefit from any closing down sales, but given how much I hated working there I think I can live with that.
Not taking credit cards, sure sign the jig is up.

Shit and expensive for any new cds though.
Two in Hull, they are superficially bargainous but mostly the kind of store you tend to wander around for not that long before realising there’s not as much (cheap) quality on the shelves as you first thought.
Okay maybe Kylie for £1.96 and other such overstock gems, but that’s it.
If them dying = more Fopps I will be PLEASED.
