“Billy Two” is pretty much a perfect song. I also adore “Franz Kafka at the Zoo,” which sounds utterly heartbreaking to my ears, although the lyrics are barely intelligible mutterings about Bertrand Russell liking anchovies.

I stopped buying Mojo because they gave the Clean anthology only “two stars”. No clean, no credibility!!

Seeing Mr. Phillips with a pickup Clean lineup in Dunedin at a small benefit show in 2002 was just wonderful. And they did a great cover of “Solitary Man!”
