They just updated this, and they took a way a feature I liked. If I play a folder containing mp3s, it no longer tallies the total playing time for the mp3s in that folder, which makes it harder if I am working on a mix CD that way. Is there a way around this in Windows media? Or on the other hand, would you like to convince me to use something else besides this much-hated player?
I was going to add slightly more to the subject line and forgot to get back to it.
Winamp tallies runtime.
I always end up deleting Winamp when I load it because it fights with Windows media player, but I think I might switch finally.
I was kind of pissed they took that away too. Actually, a lot of things about the new WMP suck.
It looks worse, and it didn’t look that good before.
I still haven’t loaded the new Windows Media Player...I don’t plan on it now.
I only did it to stop the upgrade announcement pop-up messages.
same
winamp has so much more bald germans djing in their bathrobes than wmp
Haha, do I really have to right click and choose “move up” or “move down” to move songs in a playlist? Jesus.
u can drag and drop iirc?
Yeah. Might have to ‘drop’ after the first track then move first down, to get your track up top.
