I have never had luck on any of the other ’95%‘ sites like the luck I had on the glory days of the ILMYSI threads. I got so much crazy, excellent stuff on there that I hadn’t even found after years of wishlisting on S0u1se3k. The problem was people started sort of abusing the whole thing, asking for tracks that were readily available on iTunes and stuff.
If there WAS a YSI thread on here again, I would ask if someone happened to have ‘Roscoe’s Rap’ by King Cotton from the long out of print ‘Tapeheads’ soundtrack...

what’s the deal with filelodge? you can link to files on there and download the linked file without having to go to a page on their site first. if you register with YSI does the same thing happen? i got really sick of the whole having to go to a web page (with stupid ads) first.
someone actually set up another msg board for ILM people to use for YSIs. of course it failed because not enough people would see it and be reluctant to move off ILM to use it.
collective ILM blog was another option but again once it’s off ILM it’s not really workable.
