it’s really good. and long! i’m really impressed that they gave up that much space to tell his story. and strauss almost makes up for the game by telling the tale so well. okay, maybe not, he would have to pay us all money for that to be true, but it’s simply a good straight-up piece.

whatever the motivation — guilt?— it was nice to see this thing in Rolling Stone where Nelson did his best work. tho it took me so long to read on the newstand the counter-dude told me to buy or split and I was so bummed by the article I had to tell him to fuck off.
