I don’t have snotty friends.

I’m not a DJ, so they’re not mixed. Just individual tracks...if for reasons anyone wants them, i’ll send ysi links.

But I’m not trying to promote them,

just if anyone has time, I just need judgment on them because and I’m the default music go-to person in my area (certainly not self-appointed, my area is just dead for taste, unfortunately) and I don’t have quippy people around for a 2nd opinion on this stuff.

they’re not super obscure, just stuff I’m liking at the moment. and I made these for a friend and I think they work well, but I don’t know if i think that just because i made them.

mm. yes, thanks.

there’s another Lipps Inc. song besides funkytown??!

thanks for the lists, mox. i’m not sure what the YSI pilcy is here, but i’d love to hear these.

what kind of music to most people listen to where you live?

why would you need “judgment” on mixes you make? you can’t be happy with music you like without other peoples’ opinions?

No, I’m completely happy with them, it’s not about the track selections, I mean more with the overall flow of the music. When I make mixes I like them to properly segue together so you’re just wrapped in music and there is no break in the momentum.

And I don’t have a program to interconnect all the tracks so it’s just individually, as a mix tape.

Like in my third mix, there’s this one part from track 13 to 14 when I don’t know if it “works,” or if there’s too much of a notice-able break.

So I guess I maybe should have asked for perspective over judgement.

I just wonder how others might hear them outside of myself.

Lol, I don’t know, it was late.. at night.

Yeah, I love Lipps Inc.

And yes, I wasn’t sure of the YSI policy...but I can email you the links I uploaded.

and people listen to...the red hot chili peppers, Mars volta, and...coldplay. Just, typical bands. Or, if they “like” music, than it’s the shins or best new music at the ‘fork.

There isn’t anything wrong with that, either, but.

ah, yes, i remember seeing that site once.

thanks, I’ll definitely check it out again.
