who is having a snow day?
i did. yesterday they were saying like 8“ of snow. then the forecast changed to 2” and then back again late last night. so they canceled work and a few hours later they said less snow again. it was a waste of a snow day. if we had gotten 8+ inches we might have had 2 snow days in a row.
I did, too. I was so disappointed by the lackluster performance of this “storm.” At least i had a nice, relaxing day. But now the thought of going in tomorrow makes me sad, especially because i worked from home yesterday.

no. i think we got like 6 inches. i had work wednesday. schools were still closed wednesday, opened 2 hours late yesterday and today. unbelievable! but it is very cold so nothing has melted.
Basil had a sore spot on her foot pre-snow, so now when she walks outside it gets irritated and she ends up lifting her back leg off the ground and hobbling tripod style. It’s sad but also hilarious and adorable and i feel guilty for laughing cause she’s obviously not feeling it but i can’t help myself.
I hate that all the snow turned to ice because it wasn’t warm enough!
