Unless you’re planning on a lot of daytime viewing in a room where you can’t block the light, I’d suggest a projector instead of a flat screen. You’ll get a much bigger image at a much lower cost and you won’t have a huge box sitting on your wall at all times.

I thought I might need a screen for it but I’ve got it projecting directly on the off-white wall and after correcting the color it looks fine.
