we discussed this on ye olde board...there is an amazing article about herzog and the filming of this movie from the New Yorker but I can’t find it online...anyone?

The preview look absolutely awful.

My friend and I turned to each simultaneously when Werner Herzog’s name flashed on it and were just like WTF??!?!

I mean Herzog has made tons of bad movies (hello Invincible!) but the preview just seemed so conventionally awful. I mean it was showing before Rocky 7 for chrissake.

Clearly they’re trying to make this look like an action film, cuz that’s what the producer wanted. I’m not believing the hype yet.

Though, yes, Invincible were purty bad.
