I just got this absolutely amazing black MacBook for xmas. When I press the power button to turn it on, the startup grey screen appears for like a split second, then it goes black for a second, and then the computer turns on.

this is probably perfectly normal and harmless, but i thought i’d check—does anyone have a black MacBook that can attest to this?
