1. Peking Sauce?

(I’m trying to find a website that describes what different chinese and indian sauces/foods taste like but all I’m finding are recipes, does anyone know of a good food-taste encylopedia site?)

can you not work out from the reciepts what they might taste like?

kung po is hot, i think.

Not really because the recipes I’ve seen are all “fry onions add peppers and now add kung po sauce,” I haven’t found many recipes on how to make the sauce itself.
