I have absolutely no idea who at least half of the people listed even are.

The Hancock, KYTV, and Vic ’n’ Bob DVD nominations are, I believe, due to bad editing/cutting entire scenes out/ the usual “This’ll do, right?” approach to putting out old TV shows out“ (KYTV was dick anyway, but the other two deserved better).
