Tremors is absolutely one of my favorite movies. Any time I am flipping through channels and find it on TBS etc*, I like have to watch it. GRABOIDS!
*the TBS/USA/etc cable network versions might even be more fun, as they have some hilarious edits...“What the shit?” once became “What the stuff?”.
Braindead (Dead Alive in the US) is one of my favourite movies full stop.

It’s not all of a sudden, I’ve always liked it. Grease II is only missing one big number to be as good as the first one. “Back To School”, “Cool Rider”, “Girl For All Seasons”, “Let’s Score Tonight”, “Who’s That Guy?” are all great. And the dude from The Colbys was hot!
That’s sort of why I added the “I guess.” I don’t think it’s bad. Or, rather, it’s bad in the best possible way. Parenthood, on the other hand, is pretty awful in a lot of ways, yet still good in spite of it.
Nothing confuses me more sometimes than bad/good. Bad to me is Little Children or other movies without mise-en-scene.

- Explorers, when i was a kid. well, a huge bunch of terrible sunday-afternoon-on-local-programming movies fall into that category...
- a bunch of half-assed romantic comedies and period pieces that have really made me question the love/hate dichotomy (how can i love and hate so much at the same time?? quantum mechanics can probably explain) e.g., my best friend’s wedding, truth about cats and dogs, emma, pride and prejudice, garden state, the notebook, etc etc

I have an awesome Playboy from the time Zardoz came out w/photo stills of all the spicy scenes. I haven’t seen Zardoz yet, but I get the feeling I’ve already experienced the best parts. My favorite picture is a bunch of naked ladies in a field of cartoon moshrooms raising their hands in ‘help me you are my master’ fashion.

There’s a scene in Hollow Man when he kisses a girl, while invisible. Obviously, you the viewer can’t see him, you just see the pressure on her lips, like, but that scene really disturbed me; I was convinced for about 5 seconds that he had just rubbed his cock on her face.
