i’m not really feeling any of the pix on here besides the above and the alexia stamatiou. juxtapose and the mark ryden school kinda bug me. that marcel dzama is pretty different than anything i’ve seen of his. i have some friends that love his work, but i’m so so on it. yeah, i know, kinda and shit, but i live in sf and that’s what’s happening. i know trippe, and he’s a nice guy and all my friends are either gallery owners or artists. i don’t love everything they do, but a lot of it is pretty rad. juxtapose is just either ryden and his decipels or tiki retro dudes.

but at least juxtapose dudes know how to paint.

but fecal face dudes drink a lot of beer and i’m cool w/that.

I used to get Juxtapoz but those paintings pissed me off for the most part. As my son said, too try-hardy.
