he is just a guy with a big mournful face who appears in films but does not accurately demand that posters include the credit, ADRIEN BRODY’S FACE, which is really what should get written up as it’s the thing eliciting all the sympathy & earning all the money. he has similarly refused to credit his face while moving on to playing other roles, like sharp, unimpressed & urbane wes anderson characters, flaunting his face, flaunting his big face around.
i just think he is bad is all, but gets mad props for visually resembling a great actor.

Yeah the movie ends w/the female lead getting raped by the mutant kid, who has switched genders, and impregnated w/its child, which she keeps...FOR THE SAKE OF SCIENCE.

I am now kind of glad I saw that movie just bcz it’s so bonkers to explain to people, but it is really truly awful. And so sad it killed a “type” for me (the Brody type). It’s like when Straw Dogs ended my lifelong twitterpation for mathematicians that came from watching too much Square One as a child.
