Hope the guys shitting himself at the moment, waiting for the cops to show up.
he’s deleted his twitter account; hope the facebook everyone is linking to is the same guy.
Yay twitter. Good for discourse and good for Britain.
what the fucking fuck
Lawyer Alejandro Balbi holds a picture of Liverpool striker Luis Suarez posing with a black child

“Now get my fucking shirt washed and back by Boxing Day, you old cripple.”
Here, is Stoke—Villa genuinely the only game that Sky are showing on the 26th?
^seriously
terrible xmas football line-up; guess we had our full last week?
“Lee McCulloch was red carded for elbowing Graham Carey.”
15,849th time lucky.

seriously, what’s up with the sky boxing day diet? there’s a full card available to show (1pm, 3pm and 7pm games) and we’re lumbered with villa stoke? wth
suggest go to a game. i’m thinkin afc wimbledon v oxford.
which is on Sky I think
is that thurman murman?
Happy St Stephen’s Day, chaps.
Terrible goal given away by Fulham just now. The game sounds like it’s behind closed doors.
Utd team is pretty lol
Valencia
Carrick
Evans
Evra
Nani
Gibson
Giggs
Park
Berbatov
Hernandez
Valencia at rb always saddens me
wait carrick at CB?
oh you’re at home to wigan. never mind then.
jones and rooney in my fantasy team. Thanks Fergie.
We don’t actually have a fit right-back (apart from Rooney)
you should have known about Jones tbf
head-to-head record against Wigan: P13 W13 D0 L0 F41 A4
They could have Berbatov and Bobby Charlton at CB and it wouldn’t matter.
I know but it still won’t be fun to watch
Was it last year or the year before that carrick played CB, away to Fulham possibly?
not sure i’ve the will to stream the LFC game. Blackburn + Andy Carroll.
Year before i think. He played a couple of games there alongside Fletcher
Liverpool have steadily become awful to watch this season. They’re not even bad, just unrewarding.
Fulham’s attacking tactics seem to be inspired by Gervinho/pre-1953 England. It all seems to be ‘get the ball anywhere in their half and RUN’ regardless of getting anywhere or teammates etc.
That was fun, guessing who the sub was when Ferreira appeared. Thought it was Ballack for a second.
I dunno, I think I’d find them interesting if I wasn’t so invested in the result. They never look in control of any game they play whilst simultaneously creating lots of chances. I think, and perhaps I’m wrong, that Spurs are the only team to have put more than one goal past us all season. Carragher seems to have been moved out of the starting line-up lately so that’s progress of sorts. Gerrard’s on the bench today which considering he’s our best finisher(!)is probably good news.
xp
Chelsea are worse to watch than Liverpool
If Chelsea finish sixth I will be quite amused.
I guess that’s fair xp. My view is coloured by either seeing us dominate and not score, or needing a winner and not looking like getting it, far too often.
When did Gerrard last have a regular run btw? Is he getting on for a year out in practice?
About that Ismael. I barely even consider him a LFC player now tbh. He’s more Kieran Gibbs than Ledley King at this point.
I’m sure you guys know more than me but i’ve read a good bit of speculation that Gerrard is more or less done
Wouldn’t be surprised, but he did reappear briefly v [somebody] this season and looked reasonably on-the-pace. Also Carragher’s showing just how long you can be more or less done and keep playing, so who knows how long he’s got.
yeah wouldn’t surprise me. shame. cos for all the stick I give him (mainly in reaction to how much hype he gets elsewhere) the guy has provided more than enough jaw dropping moments.
Is that 3 draws in a row for the Chelsea side that had ‘turned the corner’ only last week? Or are we going with x games unbeaten instead?
Fuck Paul Robinson out injured, cue heroic performance by the sub goalie.
My dream is to see this ad on a stream for real. Wrrr-ovahs!
Park, however, is in my fantasy team, so all’s well that ends well.
Utd looking surprisingly decent actually
Valencia’s playing a Dani Alves role pretty much
commentators on my stream now blaming gamst-pedersen for odemwingie’s goal last week. let’s ignore the fact it was a fantastic goal eh fellas.
When did Gerrard last have a regular run btw? Is he getting on for a year out in practice?
He had a fair run of games in Hodgson’s team.
Enrique showing why he can’t get in the Spain team—can be very wasteful in possession.
He got knacked around the same time Dalglish took over, no?
I scored a ticket for the Arsenal-Utd game next month, to my surprise. I’ve passed it on to a relative though, so I guess United immediately becoming irresistible was inevitable.
nice from maxi and johnson.
Sent off in KD’s first match, FA Cup v Man Utd, and I think he was out after the 3–1 Kuyt hat-trick game v Utd in March.
jones and rooney in my fantasy team. Thanks Fergie.
Me too. I played my wild card to try and rescue my terrible season with Jones as my jewel signing, he was injured within minutes.
well their keeper’s not had a save to make yet. so poor.
btw Chris and Ismael who’s been our best player so far this season would you say? Last season Lucas by a country mile. This season? I’d be tempted to give it to Glen Johnson tbh.
All is not lost, Rooney is warming up
well he’s made a save now. Fuck.
Was it last year or the year before that carrick played CB, away to Fulham possibly?
Think it was around Dec or Jan of the 09/10 season. IIRC United had a catastrophic defence injury crisis (eight defenders out?) with only Evra being fit. Ferguson chose to play 3–5–2 with Evra in midfield and United got humped.
that ‘pass’ from carroll just now..i can’t even...
Absolute-best probably Suarez or still Lucas. Reina as well, you just get used to him though.
Playing-to-potential best is what the question really means though, right? Johnson’s a good shout, maybe Enrique too. Adam’s been much better than I’d expected too.
Lucas was laughably good. That run of Chelsea, City, Chelsea were the 3 of the best individual performances I’ve ever seen. Other than him, Johnson, Skrtel and Enrique have all been consistently terrific this season.
Thinking though, the CBs must’ve been rocks, but I can’t say I’ve really noticed.
not sure that’s offside there. Bugger.
Sensational move, what a pity! Enrique being all Gerson(?) in 1970.
did you see gary nev’s analysis of Lucas’ performance against City Chris?
If Adam hadn’t peppered his first few games with daft shots from the halfway line and ridiculous passes then he’d be in with a shout.
luckily blackburn had crap quality on the cross cos LFC napping at that corner.
Every game’s like this now.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^
we will wait until the last game of the season before deciding to take a proper share of our chances leading to a 7–0 win and optimism for next season.
Connor Sammon sent off for an arm in Carrick’s face. Weird.
this has the stench of ‘last game on MOTD’ about it.
Chelsea game was pretty dire, there’s still something to play for lads.
Berbatov makes it two. Gonna be very tough for Wigan now
Charlie Sheringham – Teddy’s son – opens the scoring for Bournemouth at Brentford
I know Teddy’s an old man, bit still
I’m going to stick my neck right out and say United have every chance of getting a result today
Dude’s not even a teenager. 23!
xp
Thinking though, the CBs must’ve been rocks, but I can’t say I’ve really noticed.
They have been, they compliment each other so well. Skrtel looks a lot more comfortable alongside Agger than Carra. Beast in the air, defends on the front foot, goal threat from set pieces and not afraid to venture forward like Agger. Lots of question marks over him but he’s been great this season, and also very under-rated last season too.
did you see gary nev’s analysis of Lucas’ performance against City Chris?
I did. Was already aware of how good he’d been, but to see it from that aerial POV just focussed on him was a real treat. Thing is he wasn’t just snuffing out attacks, and he wasn’t just doing that last season. There was some serious Xabi Alonso-esque control going on, not even joking. Those last 3 games were breath-taking.
My 4–0 prediction for today isn’t looking too promising.
Argh!
Ha ha ha ha. FFS
og ffs
4–0 to who Chris?
Adam finds his range.
xp. Well, Liverpool. Suppose Blackburn could get another 3 though!
Never mind.
Managerwatch: I’ve mentioned before that my mate’s dad was a coach/kind-of-mentor to Steve Kean when he was at boys’ club level. He (the dad) was round at ours a few days ago and I took the chance to grill him, but he had nothing but good words for our hapless hero conqueror of Anfield. Lovely lad, hard worker, good listener, always did what he was told, no ego, no complaints.
The sad thing is that SK always enjoyed taking his wife and young son along to watch the team, but he can’t even do that anymore because the abuse has got so vicious and personal that the little lad gets too upset.
can i just say i think i was right about liverpool this season
hm think you also claimed bolton in no danger of relegation...so.
the nature of the abuse levelled at Kean is sort of out of order but can i say i’m fed up of cunts who presumably don’t pay for a Blackburn ticket week in week out telling those who do what they should think?
and the LMA can go fuck itself too
hm think you also claimed bolton in no danger of relegation...so.

nah, i would never say that about any team worse than say liverpool
i still sort of rate owen coyle tho
maxi you beautiful bastard
citeh are looking really rather listless, they need a ‘moment of magic from one of their special players’
that’s a pretty bad miss from suarez imo
also, after being chided for slowness by the guardian a few weeks ago, kolo touré shows he can still run quite fast over a long distance
nasri was shit, a sort of anti-silva who flits about in futile hope of combining
berba gets a run in the team and he’ll finish top scorer again
nicky shorey, premiership footballer
what’s spurs news my internet is for shit tbh
Still no score in the non-existent Spurs match
berba gets a run in the team and he’ll finish top scorer again
He’s been ok against the ten men of Wigan. tbf games like this are how he ended up being top scorer last season
