I would say so. Especially as of late, when it seems that American breweries are all involved in some sort of macho hops one-upsmanship, cramming as much into every batch as possible without having them actually floating in the bottles (which is probably not too far off in the future) — this is not just with Pale Ale/IPA styles either, mind you.

(not American macro-breweries obv.)

Dunno what part of Canada you live in but it’s in all of the deps in quebec and all of the lcbos in ontario... they have ‘extreme’ marketing angle though, there’s a brand called TORNADO i think

This was the Pilsen Klub, a great little place with a fireplace that was literally underneath a frat bar called Waldo’s a couple blocks away from campus.

or wait... tornado may technically be “flavoured malt beverage” which is perhaps even worse than shandy? or is it? wikipedia is not very descriptive on the girly factor.
