Depends what you were burning but in most cases, no; because unless the oxygen is well mixed with whatever is burning. The rate of burning will be increased.

ok say this was a sealed chamber (on board a spaceship since you ask) with a large quantity of fuel (well, vegetation) in it. the rate of burning is vivibly increased, i can vouch for that.
