looking back at Best Products

I loved Best when I was a kid.

Best, Consumer’s Distributed and Service Merchandise were all great fun as kids.

My favorite of the SITE projects was the parking lot asphalt that was poured over the cars... aslo gone, alas.

That store was real. My brothers and I used to crawl all over it when I was a kid. It slid back into place when the store was closed, I think. Why the hell would anyone tear that down?

I remember that store well! and yeah I played on that thing also when I was a kid.

My fondest memory of Best: going there to get a Jawa action figure on the day of release.
