Tax Day is 2 months away! It’s too early for adventuring!

I am minutes away from going into our annual Tax Hell. I and a friend of mine own a house through a trust—the trust owns it, we are trustees. As you can imagine this complicates things at tax time, we have to figure out the trust’s books first and then apply them to our own returns. It usually takes an accountant 2–3 hours. FUN!!!

I’ve never done taxes before because of my indigent primate nature!! I R IRS N00B.

Here at work, we have a printer that can print pages on both sides! Take that, tree-killing bureaucracy! Do you think the IRS would appreciate 2 pages printed per side also?

I managed to, somehow, plan my federal tax withholding last year so perfectly that I ended up only getting back $12 (which I’m putting towards next year’s taxes BITCH). However, my state’s throwing me a couple of Cs (which I will gladly redeposit into my bank account BITCH). I will make up for my faux pas by hitting the casino sometime before Tax Day.
