I don’t think that the “that’s racist” kid is exclusive to ILX. I mean, I found it on some other forum (that apparently forbids hotlinking). Then again, I don’t really look at any other message boards besides ILX, and I’d surmise this is probably true for other posters as well, so we might be forgiven for thinking of them primarily as “classic ILX pics.”
