Plus let me again point out that you sitcom detractors have clearly never even seen the sitcoms you pretend to hate: the other moron retard is his brother-in-law and LIVES WITH HIM, not his neighbor. (On a serious note, though, sitcom-humor is pretty dependent on routine behavior and the long-term predictability of characters, so obviously if you've only seen two episodes of something it's gonna come off fairly sucky: they're really best built for back-to-back mid-afternoon syndications where around your 10th episode or so you're immersed enough in the basics to find it all properly amusing.)
