You could probably count all the times the landlord would come in and look at the place and just be like "jesus christ what a shit hole" and mysteriously raise the rent 2 weeks later against Luke though. heh I forgot about this story. Once the landlord came in and saw a bottle of red wine under Luke's desk that was basically stuck to it's own puddle on the hardwood floor. The LL started bitching while Luke was trying to play WoW. So Luke rips off his headphones and said something to the effect of "You can't just walk in here unannounced. I almost went to Law School!" It was the worst defence I've seen since Matt's "I'm an asshole" fight with Rode over empty pizza boxes.
