so we're going back to the faroe islands in 2018 and i've decided on a plan:
- befriend as many locals as possible- make a good impression by being awesome- save up lots of money- wait until neko dies of old age- send heartfelt essay/letter to faroese government expressing how much we love the faroe islands and how we'll be the most patriotic faroese citizens of all time, if they let us- buy a village- live happily ever after
i seriously cannot stop thinking about living there.

i don't think we exchanged more than 3 words with a faroese person while we were there, gonna have to work on my social skills for next time. they're rusty bc i have no social life beyond the internet.
