I have found that below about 15 it is not so bad. It's that 20-35 range that really sucks because you can still feel the humidity.

i went to a meeting room where i thought i had a meeting at 10. however, the 10 o'clock meeting was back in my office and i was a no-show. My 11 o'clock meeting is in the room i went to, so i cancelled the 10 and sat in the 11 meeting room reading this thread in it's entirety.

i love this site and all of the people on it. what good times we've had.
