The two killed were identified as Daniel Perry, 33, of the 700 block of North Damen Avenue, and Meaghan McMahon, 27, of an unknown home address, according to a spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's office. Perry was pronounced dead at the Stein Institute at 6:50 a.m. Monday; McMahon was pronounced dead at the Stein Institute at 7 a.m. Monday, the spokesman said.
