i have just been offered a house with no noisy neighbours and an extra bedroom and a garden and a shed and stuff but get this rent is 20% LESS than current place

ok we havent looked at it yet and the area is possibly sketchy but i know the owner and we're both tougher than she is so im not hugely concerned

so I did that interview then went home and applied for another job then studied a bit then went into town to stock up on playdoh for a unicorn-shower-curtain-buy tyrant and uh I saw a guy squash a guy using a car and then I sat an exam and then I finished a project then I went into work the next day and sat there feeling kinda strange

there's a story. best to all involved.

its good that more and more fantasy is getting adapted but im longing for someone to manage to make magic/dark threats not such shorthand cliche

magic in WOT looks awful, bad guys just look like guys in masks, shadoe and bone was just clouds.

like i know angsty earnest puberty magic potential stories share similarities but the good ones all read as if the light and dark have their own texture in that tale, which i think is lost by use of the same effects onscreen every time
