Tehresa, the house-in-a-box one is made out of insulated panels, plus it's so small—heating it would be cheap.

It's a METAL house! Like a Lustron house.

A friend of mine lives in one of those in Bloomington, Indiana. She loves it. The army used to give them away. She thinks they still might—I don't know.

When you click on "contact" there's a place where you choose a budget. 35,000-55,000 being the cheapest choice. Not bad for a whole damn house with a toilet and everything.

A friend of mine who I've never met lives in a Sears house. She still has the instruction book for it, too. I WANT ONE!

I remember a big fuss around Phillipe Stark's house in a box. It was just a box with plans in it and a hammer. he did build at least one and it looked very nice - kinda log cabin style.
