i used to think a big part of ilx metaposting was calling ppl on their bullshit in amusing and/or insightful ways and i feel like whiney kinda broke that tradition by just thinking it was ZING WARS or w/e but u cant really blame him i guess

you might have a point. i used to feel like i had to be on my game and phrase things carefully or someone would hit me with a bon mot that would cut me to the core, now it's just say whatever innocuous thing you want and wait for the all caps attack no matter what.
