Can someone more knowledgeable than me take a stab at who the Knicks are going to start at PG and SG? Davis and Bibby = an old, tired back line, but otoh Bibby can hit threes and Davis is a good passer. The younger guys are all pretty young and untested though. I guess whoever starts, the backup is going to see heavy play time?

feel like baron has a lot more left in the tank than bibby. i'm almost certain that he's the starting pg and will play ~30 mpg. i imagine you'll see a lot of different combinations of landry fields, bibby, toney douglas, etc. split between the guard spots, though.

NYK have talent, but they're very injury-prone, and i think chandler was worth far more to dallas than he will to new-york.

most importantly, tho, i am confident that mike d'antoni will screw it up.

I can sort of see an offense that relies on Davis getting it inside to the big men quickly and kickouts to bibby. I sort of don't know where Carmelo fits in, but I don't exactly understand how he fits in to any offense other than just trying to score a lot.

"scoring a lot" is 'melo's niche.
