Gallo shot more last year. Really unfair to count Gallo's first year when he was struggling with a back injury and coming off the bench.

which is not even to mention the irony of the fact that stern traded the league into the exact position it's already in, bcuz the hornets will offer eric gordon the max in two years, and he will make it very clear to them that he has no intention of staying with the franchise

well i think my point (to the extent that i wasn't just being a pain in the ass) was that yes this will be a negative mark on "stern's" legacy" (something no one should actually care about) but that any hand-wringing over "setting a dangerous precedent"/"collusion"/the fury of the lakers and rockets is being 100% overstated because in a couple years everyone is just going to remember that chris paul got traded to the clippers and forget about the rest of this stuff.

like, "collusion" has been thrown around way too readily on both the players and owners sides in the nba and other leagues recently. if there was actual, provable, collusion going on somebody would be in court.
