it is a well known fact that slash is biracial and therefor impossible to be racist against

heatshrink looks all bulgy and weird after you shrink it so I just assumed they were talking about how after a bender your face gets all craggy and ugly

but yeah the tophat thing makes more sense

but he's talking about what the wires look like before you put heatshrink on it; from context it seems like he says they look like long stringy nappy strands of hair, or maybe he thinks Slash has dreads

the story behind that photo is that a photographer went around china asking random chinese people to write anything they wanted to on a blank sheet of paper that they would hold up. some of the people chose to write in chinese, some wrote in english, some didn't write anything
