I dunno if geographical is the best way to go here, surely Noize Bored is actually the X-Men?? Scorned and hated by a society that does not understand their awesome power etc. Which would make the Freaky Trigger/poptimist people the Avengers (if we did DC they'd be the Justice Society by now, I think.)
