how is this not a career-ender for someone like amendola

i mean i'm sure it probably will be insofar as cases like this -- but i'm sure there will be enough desperate sex offenders looking for defense attorneys to keep his practice going

if Sandusky gets found guilty (and he will) then he can say he had incompetent advisors?

does that work if you can afford basically any attorney and just decide to pick & stick with a total imbecile?

i mean i guess he could theoretically file a civil suit?

i was reading somewhere yesterday about the possiblity of a guilty verdict leading to the "incompetent defense" argument from sandusky, but i guess if the evidence against a defendant is considered to be overwhelming by an appellate court, they'll deny that argument.
