u look at the first 3 levels of spells and the answer is obviously yes

well wait -- level 3 spells, or spells a level 3 character would have (ie: like 1 level 2 spell and 3 level 1 spells)?

you dont get every third level spell or lower cmon

assume you have maxed INT tho w/e that gets you (bonus of +5 spells/per level?)

but like i get every cantrip, right?
