Hell, sure, I'd make that trade for Magic Missile alone. Throw in Burning Hands/Chill Strike, Sleep, Feather Fall/Jump, Shock Sphere... I can monetize that shit like Walter White. And I was never pretty to begin with.

fwiw ALTER IMAGE is a third level spell so you could hide the tattoo on occasion, unless the target successfully rolls a will save.

you could have an job you have rn i guess: itinerant adventurer, line cook, investment banker except youd have a face tattoo. so if you work selling high end handbags or s.thing you might be sol. on the other hand you have magic powers so that might open up lucrative new career paths
