Tagline: There are only two things to do in this small town. One is watching TV . . .

Plot Synopsis: A loner (Johnson) drives into a small Texas town and gets himself a job at a used car dealership. He gets an idea for robbing a small local bank after he tries to open a new bank account at the same time a fire occurs nearby. The bank was left open while all of the employees went to fight the fire. The manipulative boss' wife (Madsen) wishes to use him for her own purposes - "I always get what I want, Harry". He resists, however, as he finds himself falling in love with the accountant (Connelly) at work, who has her own problem to work out.

I just remembered a dream I had: I said I would fill in for the Fake Accents on bass because otherwise they could not play their big show. But they were supposed to teach me how to play bass before hand and they never got around to it. Then I went to the soundcheck and I still didn't know how to play bass.

speaking of shopping, teh club monaco has what remains of winter clothes at super sale, i got this awesome dark grey satin skirt for $29 (it was $129).

re: Fresh, it is a tiny little boutique around the corner from Lucky jeans. They are currently having this insane "3 items for $75, accessories for $10" sale to clear out their old inventory as they are getting entirely new stock in two weeks?! Scored a buncha sweaters and a giant burgundy bag.

I've only been there once--they had some cheap&chunky jewelry that I thought looked promising, but I felt I needed a second opinion and thus left with nothing :(

I vowed to accessorize in 2007. And to wear skirts. Not much progress on either front, and it is already almost March!

OK that's the place. It's like.. I don't really need to spend more money on clothes anyhow, but all these empire waist babydoll tops and dresses.. I can't wear this stuff, I have a large frame and I'm too tall, the proportions are all wrong, plus none of it is simple, they have to have some trim or buttons or bows or a print, and I don't like that. grr. I stopped in target today to pick up some stuff for the house & check the proenza schouler for target line, they have a really beautiful black and navy silk dress but the cut was all wrong for me, I didn't buy anything.
