OMG I forgot about how horseshoe actually posted as horsehoe for a while.

that was an unfortunate accident of poor spelling!

there is a scene in the beginning of you can count on me that i always think of when i'm trying to conjure the sound of mark ruffalo's voice. he's like shiftily trying to explain to laura linney why he hasn't been in touch for a long time and he sort of haltingly says it's "on account of the faaaaact that...i was incarcerated." and the way he stretches the short a in "fact" is p much the dreamiest thing ever.

i don't think it's fair that i always end up sounding like a crazy person in ruffalo threads. they're a trap.

also, it is in large part about how he moves which is v surprising. i always get the tiniest bit disappointed when i try to gis him bc his hotness is never entirely encapsulated by the still photograph. also yes he is disgustingly hot in in the cut

adrien brody looks like a praying mantis and ryan gosling has always looked like he was in backstreet boys

but i guess he was good in some films or w/e
