Isn't the problem with the Ninetendo consoles that they just seem so... kiddie compared with the Playstations?

nintendo's a seven year-old, xbox and playstation are 15 - take yr pick.

My main problem with the Wii is that most of the games look like gimmicky rubbish, and in the areas where it was supposed to excel (ie FPS) the limits of the controller are already becoming apparent. The only thing its got going for it is a Game Cube game. Whoop dee doo.

Nintendo: why didn't you bring out a proper console? Why have you gone down the Russell T. Davies route of destroying something good by remaking it for women and gays?

So the people who actually play games buy an Xbox and spend several hundred pounds on games and accessories. The Women and Gays who don't play games buy the Wii, play Wii sports for 5 minutes, then go off and talk about shoes or something.

I don't know...you'd need a hell of a lot cognative balance to think the Wii was a good idea after your remote had gone through the tele, the autoupdate had bricked your system and you'd realised that all you had to play were shit minigames or crippled versions of 360/PS3 games that would probably work better with a decent controller.

What kind of retard pays $700 on a fricking game console? There's like no argument here; unless the PS3 forms Voltron and then cleans your house and I haven't been told about it, wtf are you doing. It really doesn't have any greater game reach than the X-Box seems to and it's nearly 2x the price.

I'm looking vaguely forward to "breaking my tv" playing MIME MADDEN, btw. But that is because I am both a Women and a Gay.

Do you actually have some evidence for any of your claims? If its because i don't like the Wii i think its a little unfair - it does, after all, only mean i am a sane rational human being.

That secondary Wii controller looks awful. Everyone else gives you form-fitted grips, Nintendo gives you the option of a Super Nintendo controller.

Why do all the display Wiis in Best Buy/Gamestop/etc. have no controllers? What's the point?

I think the Super Nintendo style pad is for people who want more of a throwback design. The Wavebird is also 100% compatible, I imagine most people will wind up going for that instead.

The weird hand dongles on gamecube/PS2/xbox controllers (PS2 & xbox more than gamecube though, but none as much as N64 controller [wtf were they thinking?]) sometimes give me hand-cramps, Wii classic controller looks like it will be less cramp/sweat producing.
