yeah i like the uncontrived atmosphere of all other songs ever

many songs are in fact much less contrived than these!

and its like really strange how theyre all the same song, like this shouldnt be a thing

it's a thing like power ballads are a thing or club bangers or gritty crack-dealing raps, i'm not saying it's a good thing but it's not a bad thing in itself, it depends on how lame the rapper or sensitive chorus dude is, and even if only one of them sucks u can have a good record

i know its a thing im just saying i dont think it should be a thing, and its like way more specific of a thing than most things

i think i like it becasue i don't find a lot of Coldplay-y stuff actively offensive and this whole style reminds me of the Scritti album with Mos Def on it except not as good obv
