The new Russian Circles album is fantastic, but I don't really get to talk about it in any metal threads because there is so much kneejerk hatred for any metal bands that incorporate anything with even a whiff of "post-rock" in it.

I think I have been confusing them for a long time with Russian Futurists.

Actually I did too for the longest time. I got sent a promo for Station back when I was writing for Metal Edge and ignored it for the longest time because I wasn't a huge fan of the Futurists beyond "Paul Simon".

There was no sandbox when EZ alerted me to this v. important retail update, and I just fond a pic. The former Borders at Clark/Broadway/Diversey is going to be a mega-Walgreens.

Okay, wow, that is some relatively lazy SketchUp model work right there. Not bragging here, but that is beginner level and I could probably knock that out in about two hours. They really need to expand beyond the stock people and work on their shadowing.
