aidsy, Bentley had a staph infection after his surgery which delayed the healing time and now he has to have the knee re-operated on. It was uncertain whether he was going to be ready for the season opener before all these setbacks so, at best, he'll be lucky to play next season.

Oh man Payton so pwned Parcells. Dallas was looking for Colston, Bush, etc. and got schooled by Karney who never touches the ball ever. If Payton doesn't win coach of the year there should be a re-count. Also isn't this looking like one of the best rookie classes in a long time.

yeah, honestly I think the eagles have as much of a shot as dallas at this point. they're only one game behind them, and after next week's humbling defeat at the hand of the falcons the boys' season will be OVAH

prince halftime show is gonna be AWESOME. c'mon you have to be more stoked for this than the stones or mccartney. i wouldn't be shocked if we saw some nip too!

re: Philly, they didn't exactly beat the Redskins in a convincing manner, and if you can't beat the Redskins convincingly and you expect to be a playoff team...well...haha I guess that makes you the Colts but seriously they are in third place (one out of the 'Boys and they lose the tie breaker with the Giants) and play both of those teams on the road the next two weeks. It's basically batshit insane to think they'll win all three of their next three games (hahaha they'll definitely beat the Falcons though).

re: Chicago, is there like a new rule this season that the Chicago defense can do WHATEVER THEY WANT all of the time?? I don't think I've actually watched a game of theirs (admittedly this is only a few games) where I thought anyone besides Hester looked totally awesome?? The pass interferences going on last night that weren't getting called made me mad enough I just sat off and read cookbooks instead of bothering with listening to fucking Kornhole shriek like a three year old girl with a My Little Pony over the fact that "THIS IS PRACTICALLY LIKE SOLDIER FIELD!!! ARE THE RAMS FANS DEAD OUT THERE? OMG WTF!! TEE HEE!" I'm kind of psyched for the inevitable complete Colts-style playoff collapse with this team because I'm with Denny Green at this point in the season.

There are some big dollar odds makers that have to be in a complete panic when setting the odds heading into the playoffs. I have no clue who is going to win this thing, as even the good teams have some serious flaws.

That Cincy and Indy game this weekend should be fun to watch. The Bengals defense has played well in the past three weeks, but I think it will end up a video game score.

colston is back, i think he only played the first half last weekend because the saints were raping the cowboys and they wanted to give him the extra rest/guarantee me a loss. i might go with devery over hines, only because brees is going crazy and joe horn might not play.
