That's weird. I'm looking at it in Firefox 1.5.0.6 on the PC, and briefly in IE and both have a pink background behind the text. You don't have CSS turned off do you?

Yes, that was it. Adjusted Greasemonkey and there's the pink box.

works okay for me running firefox on KDE, let's see what happens when i switch over to Konqueror

works fine for me in here, too. What do we have to do to stress-test this thing? how hard does it have to be hit before it poxy-fules?

Woah! Don't stress-test it yet! It'll definitely break, as it's on a shared server. It's just to fill the database with a reasonable amount of stuff so code tests have some connnection to the real world.
