Um, the way it usually works for me is, GS checks and sees if the university provides access to the database that hosts it, and if so--goes to that full-text link or pdf whatver on the database. Most of the stuff my students want isn't freely available.

the wind here is absolutely howling. the snow isn't so bad but it's so light that it's being blown everywhere. there are bare patches of grass then 3 foot drifts out on the quad outside my office.

The library has sunlight plus some generator light scattered here and there---mainly we're in the dark. This always happens here. But usually they don't take over an hour to fix it.
