if someone is continually giving me bad cites for articles to get for him, and I ask him about one, asking him "Is this the right article, even though it's the wrong journal it's the right author, year, page numbers, etc." and he replies, "well if it looks like a duck. . ." and that's all he says should I

a) send him a turducken
b) tell him to kiss my ass
c) do nothing at all and hope he forgets the request

oh i've been google scholaring the shit out of his stuff, he never gives me the titles of the articles just authors and page numbers, which makes it hard to find sometimes with GS.

Um, the way it usually works for me is, GS checks and sees if the university provides access to the database that hosts it, and if so--goes to that full-text link or pdf whatver on the database. Most of the stuff my students want isn't freely available.
