If you are a Northern Exposure fan, you should have a drink at The Brick in Roslyn.

Have you gone paddling in Lake Washington/the cut, through the Arboretum?

If you haven't seen the quad at UW when the cherry trees are blooming, I would recommend that. Also, the acres and acres of tulips up by LaConner (but I don't know for sure when they bloom).
