chicken onion mango curry w/masala for spice. dry fry some chopped peanuts to go on the top. eat with rice and drink beer.

when does the mango go in?
(fry masala in butter to start, then add onions. stir around until onions are all limp. cut chicken into pieces, dry off on paper towels if possible, put in to fry w/ spice+onions. when chicken is starting to look done - depends on size of pieces, maybe 15 min - add mango pieces and simmer for awhile longer.)

turned out pretty decent. the mangos were waaaay underripewhich gave it a nice zing
only one burner. chicken was om the bone which i didnt realize. masala powder pretty grainy. worked tho. thx jaq
