i bought a copy of decline vol. 1 today thinking it was the dvd rerelease but it seems like a bootleg, ripped from vhs and plays kinda glitchy (in my admittedly crappy dvd player) :------------(

i bought a boot of decline part 1 at a yard sale in williamsburg over a year ago, only it only had the germs part, then cut into some old 70s porn. probably better than the original, that way!

Why is Decline 1 so hard to find? Spheeris is (sort of) a name director, the bands featured really aren't in a postion to hold out for big bucks, and it's a significant historic document by this point.

Has New Wave Theater ever been out on VHS or DVD? I've only seen a few clips on youtube. One of them had the Cirlce Jerks and another featured the Suburban Lawns. Don't think there are any Germs clips though from New Wave Theater.
