i have been riding my bike to work, and sometimes home again (on the days when i don't give in and agree to let ytth pick me up), but i get so breathless and my legs hurt and i feel so huge and fat and lazy and old!! i'm heaving round about 30 extra pounds right now, and that just makes all activity that much more exhausting.

also: i am basically incapable of running - like, it feels unnatural to me

xp i'm as likely to make a deal with god as i am to run up a hill

i am pretty bad at running but i used to be good at it and i just keep getting in cycles where i get in ok shape then i get busy and stop. running feels less unnatural after you suffer through it for a few weeks. then it feels normal.

oh i just figured out we are allowed to do the questions out of order so i will be doing that. i need to find an analog watch though, no digital allowed!!!!!

lol @ beginning to study prof resp 5 days before the exam

that's good progress in 8 days so i have every confidence for the remaining 5

i guess i have *some* clue for sales and secured transactions but only because i know what they are and they give you statutes to look at for those questions

ok now i am ok at torts and prof resp but too slow and not really memorized. only 3 more whole days!!

i remember when i failed my driver's test on my 16th birthday. all my friends were excited to go out and take a drive (i was the oldest) and haha whoops how baout in a couple weeks guys

So I am curious as to what "sales" are in this law test kind of sense? Like, sales contracts and things? or something else?

It seems totally wrong to make you wait so long for results.

Also, failed test = warmup for the real thing, no shame in that!

i failed my drivers' test twice :(

sales is sales of goods under article 2 of the uniform commercial code. like if i order 1,000 widgets from WidgetCorp, how to make a contract to buy goods, what terms go in it, etc. it's different from common law contracts.

like i think i am not going to apply for a job that closes today because i can't think of anything good to write, which probably means it's not the right job for me anyway, but still. uasdgkj. i used to be better at bsing this stuff.
